REZA MOGHADDAS

 Reza Moghaddas is a Toronto-based arts leader, record producer, live and studio sound engineer, musician, and educator. He has been with Small World Music for nearly 20 years and, in 2024, moved into the role of Director of Programming and Partnerships. In this position, he curates and produces festivals, concert series, and special projects, develops strategic partnerships, and champions diverse artistic voices from around the world. With a career spanning nearly three decades, Reza has collaborated with internationally acclaimed artists including Zakir Hussain, Mohammad Reza Shajarian, Angélique Kidjo, Kayhan Kalhor, Sona Jobarteh, and Wally Badarou. He has also produced, recorded, and mixed more than 1,200 albums and singles and composed sound for over 50 film and theatre productions. Alongside his programming work, Reza continues to serve as Technical Director at Small World Music and is a dedicated educator, having taught and led workshops at institutions including Harris Institute, Humber College, York University, and the Small World Incubator.
