JACLYN TAM

Jaclyn Tam is a collaborative leader with over 20 years of experience in Toronto’s music and cultural sectors. She brings people together—artists, grassroots organizations, for-profit businesses and policymakers—to build a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable creative ecosystem. At the City of Toronto’s Music Office, Jaclyn leads programs that support local talent and strengthens Toronto’s reputation as a global city of music. Her work bridges cultural policy, programming, and partnerships, always with a focus on amplifying diverse voices and supporting meaningful artistic expression.
