What Will I Do?
Our 300+ volunteers carry out a wide variety of tasks, drawing on an array of skills and interests. Every effort is made to find the best fit for each volunteer, and to make his/her experience as enjoyable as possible.
When and Where is the festival?
TD Canada Trust Sunfest ‘09 takes place July 09-12, 2009 in Downtown London’s beautiful Victoria Park. For complete directions, including a selection of maps, visit Directions & Accommodations.
What Time Commitment is expected?
Volunteers are asked to work a minimum of 8 hours over the 4 days of the festival. Many volunteers work at least 12 hours.
When and Where are Volunteer Meetings?
All NEW volunteers must attend a volunteer meeting at the Sunfest office. There are several dates from which to choose, and they will be provided after you contact us
Previous Volunteers
Sunfest’s Coordinator of Volunteers will touch base with previous festival volunteers by e-mail or phone. If you have not been contacted and wish to volunteer again this year, please call the Sunfest office (519-672-1522) or email volunteers@sunfest.on.ca
When will I know my schedule?
You will be notified of your schedule by phone at the end of June.
